More About Kenda

Hmmmm, let’s see.  I already wrote a tad bit about myself up in my bio section but I added this section to expand a little.  I grew up in little bitty Slaton, Texas right outside of Lubbock and then I went to Texas Tech University.  My vocation is medical device sales but my passion is photography.  I really, really like my day job but my hobby, photography, brings out my creative side and I truly like that part of me.  My two adorable children are my world and my cute hubby comes in a very close second. ; )

If you have visited my website in the past, you know my favorite saying is “Life is not about the breaths we take, it’s about the moments that take our breath away.”  And I also love, “Live with Passion.”  I am passionate about many things in my life and a few of them are my friends and family, my relationship with the Lord, Texas Tech University, especially Texas Tech Football (game days are my favorite days EVER!), tennis, photography, blog stalking, Mexican food (especially chips and queso) and music, just to name a few.

I am silly, quirky and sometimes even goofy. I am messy but neat (I know, I know that doesn’t make sense but believe me, it’s the truth), I rarely sit still (unless its on the computer) and I HAVE to have something to look forward to - it could be something as small as a night out with the girls but I am always looking forward to something. I am terrified of growing old (Yes, I really do need to embrace it all but it just hasn’t happened yet) and I am afraid of falling off something really high. I can be pretty loud and obnoxious and unorganized and even sensitive; however, I am always grateful and always passionate. I think that pretty much sums it up about me…I am sure there is more but you get the idea, right?

Gosh, I think its so important to treasure every single day we have on this earth, in this world, surrounding by our loved ones, being blessed beyond belief - what better way to document it all than with photos?  I guess that sums it up for me…that’s why I absolutely and positively LOVE being a photographer.

Thanks for stopping by, you guys!
