Meet Raeley

Linsey, I just couldn’t stand to make you wait throughout the holiday and long weekend to see some of these images.  This little doll belongs to Linsey and Aaron, some of my friends from Slaton. Linsey chose to wait for her three month pictures rather than doing newborn and I think she made a wise choice. Raeley is just too adorable. Check out her fly outfits!! Prediction: She’ll either be a Texas Tech cheerleader or the TTU homecoming queen…you decide. Thanks Linsey and Aaron for allowing me the privledge to take your beautiful daughter’s portraits. There are so many more to choose from but these were some of my favorites. Enjoy!!

The Cutest Two-Year Old in the World

I can so say he’s the cutest ever and get away with it because he is my nephew but he really is so incredibly cute!! This is Thatcher and I just love this kid so much. He is adorable and couldn’t look anymore like his daddy. I picked Thatchman (my nickname for him) up at his school and took him all over town to capture some photographs of him for Christmas cards. I had to bribe him with dum-dum suckers and ice cream the entire time but we managed through it. Hope you enjoy these images of the cutest two year old in the world!!

Meet Eric and Alison and family

Fall is officially my favorite time of year…well, it has always been my favorite season but the lighting, the crispness and the colors are just absolultely perfect for photographing. It doesn’t hurt when you have subjects as easy on the eyes as this beautiful family is either!! I met Alison a while back but didn’t really know her because we just saw each other in passing throughout the hospitals; however, I now feel like I have known her for ages…she’s just one of those type of girls; you know, those girls who you just KNOW you could be lifelong friends with?? Her son, Holt, and Blaze were on the same soccer team. I had the pleasure of taking the soccer team pictures and soon after, Alison asked me if I could take her family pictures. Lainey turned six months old recently so Alison was on a mission to get some good photos of her along with the family pictures we set out to take yesterday afternoon. Lainey wasn’t her usual smiley self and I think Alison and Eric were a bit concerned how the pictures might turn out…I just love her gazes in these images. Alison, I think we nailed it. She looks absolultely beautiful!!! (Again, that’s totally the subject when I say that!) This is a long post, guys but again, I just had too many to choose from. Thanks Alison and Eric for allowing me the privledge to take your family portraits. Have a fabulous Thanksgiving!!

Pumpkin Patch

I have been the worst about posting pictures of my kiddos - Heck! I have been bad about taking pictures of them, period. I promise to get better and I even have a date on my calendar this week to actually go out and take pictures of them for Christmas cards. Until then, here are a few pictures I took of them when we went to a local pumpkin patch recently.

Meet the “T” Brothers

Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of taking some more pictures of cute little boys. Sherri, a friend of a friend who is now a friend, asked me to take her twins and youngest son’s pictures for Christmas cards. We had a beautiful evening…apparently several other photographers thought so as well. Some of the spots I had in mind had already been taken. : ( We totally made do at Mackenzie Park and I think the setting was beautiful for fall portraits. This is so my favorite time of the year and don’t these little boys just scream, “fall!” These guys are totally adorable and I think they have the sweetest smiles EVER!! Sherri, thanks so much…I had a great time and I hope you enjoy these images. Your boys are beautiful!

Cutie Pies

Some of you may recognize these little cuties. Ryne and Ryder belong to my good friends, Jodi and Tracy. Ryder just turned one so we set out to get some shots of not only him but his older brother, Ryne. We started out at a delapadated house and then moved over to Mackenzie Park…we had plans to go some other places but it got too dark. This time change has really put a dent in my shooting schedule. UGH!!

This is another very long post but I couldn’t choose so I just posted several…aren’t they too cute?? Jodi and Tracy, thanks so much for allowing me to take your kiddos pictures. Hope you like them!

Meet Geron and Carla’s Family

I had the honor of taking the pictures of this fun, loving family a couple of weeks ago. I have known them for several years being they are from my hometown. They have a beautiful family and a beautiful home, as well. Their oldest daughter, Sara, is in graduate school at Tech getting her masters in Accounting. WOW!!! (hook a sista up, Sara!) Levi is their oldest son and he is going to school at OU - he has the greatest smile, too. Rachel is their youngest daughter and she is one good little athlete. Caleb is the youngest and he is something else…what a great personality with a smile to match. I loved taking their pictures - they have so much fun together and we even watched some football while I was there. Carla, thanks for allowing me the opportunity to preserve your family memories and thanks especially for your patience. Hope you enjoy them!

Forgive me for the lengthy post…it’s been way too long since my last post and I had too many to choose from.
